Is there anyone out here in the Bigger Pocket community that may have any recommendations for property managers that have repositioning experience dealing with value add apartment buildings in the state of Florida? 

(Pop. 6k but it's not the complete boonies as 100k+ people live in close-in communities.)

I don't have enough context to know what kinds of questions to ask or what kind of information I should be taking in.

You can be a friendly neighbour but you can not expect that to not interfere with your business if you can not make business decisions without emotion.Your uncertainty in making a decision due to the dynamic of the community is nothing more than a excuse to not make a business decision.

This sounds like a great community and I am excited to connect with people with similar goals and interests.
