Color/Materials, etc. 

I NEVER understand why Owners often put in a solid color, or those super cheap, flat carpets!

In the tapestry of today’s real estate market, the threads of buyer demographics are colorful and complex.

Since the basement will be a play room for the kids, was thinking we probably need a water barrier since it's concrete and some padding for the feel.I do like these planks since it has padding already included, and it's the color I like with a good price. so may just need to put a water barrier underneath it.

It's harder to Photoshop the colored named email icon then a name which is easy to do on white backdrop. 

I also developed 3 finish packages with different exterior and interior finishes and colors so if the houses were built side by side they would still be different.

It is so hard to watch my good friend not only have to deal with significant health problems alone but see how they have gone from a dynamic, resilient, wicked smart person managing 5 properties AND holding down a 30-40 hour a week full-time job to sustaining an accident and having their life fall apart like a slow-motion train wreck. 2 of the properties in their portfolio had to be sold just to get $ to live off of.
