Im a new pro-member and when I click on a property through the find deals-foreclosure search it asked for credit card info.

It will appear, click on it and it will populate the comment box in blue and then they are notified.

If you click on magnifying glass in upper right and search for forgot depreciation or missed depreciation deduction I know that one cpa on here was an expert and knew which forms you need to file.

It's not a simple click and DIY. 

With most jobs when you “click out” you’re done and can detach.

I agree completely with @Mike Dymski - we hear a lot about how the rare few have been able to acquire a building with '$0 down out of pocket' and other click-bait titles, but at the end of the day we have to work our way up to bigger deals.
