You need to feel somewhere safe and think your children will get a decent education (especially in the Bay Area) and Richmond doesn’t check any of those boxes.

They have made a huge impact on my family and it is that type of impact I'm hoping to make now for my children (2 and 1 yr old) and future grandchildren.I am trying to learn as much as I can about the industry in my free time.
