A nice, quiet , elderly lady lives there and always pays on time.

Oh if they do win they can sell the property because the old lady married the old man who owned the land about three years ago. at this point I don't care who owns it they both want to sell to me I just have to wait for the court date.

Previous property had 25k I'm back taxes and water bill ( lady owner had water meter broke so she could still get water without ringing up he bill!)

We gave a deadline of that Friday afternoon- never heard anything until we finally found out the lady who apparently is in charge of this or the listing, or however it works, was apparently out of the office because when the listing agent forwarded our offer, he got an automated response.Apparently the list agent felt the bank was seriously considering it because it hadn't been outright rejected.

About three weeks later, I went by to tape the door again but there was an elderly Hispanic lady working in the yard.

I just had a discussion with a young lady whose mom is moving out of her home after living there 35 years. 

This year i hope new designs of opal ring will be new things for all ladies especially teens.
