I think the best bet is to find national buyers and plug into their network.

Probably wouldn't hurt to get plugged with in with a national network of STR managers who lead share, with you having premium rentals with pools, another great way to optimize would be to make sure you are everyone's FL go-to when in need of a premium STR experience. 

Bottom line, get plugged into a local RE group and that will help.
