Ideas for Cinder Block WallsHas anyone done anything creative to cover cinder block walls on the interior?

I am thinking of purchasing a duplex or triplex here in Montreal with around a 40-50% deposit, with the intention of holding onto it until I achieve 100% equity - then possibly resell and make a bigger play with the capital.

I noticed that a lot of the bigger players in the market, hedge funds had begun offering 30-year fixed rate debt to investors.

I wouldn't depend on student rental there because it is largely dominated by a few blocks of housing on Eaton St. and Oakland Ave.

But I will be living in the area for a minimum of 3 years, unless something happens that I need to move, which I do not foresee but life happens.Danny- thank you for the info, and I am getting more into bigger pockets podcast, but they are talking about big money investments more often than not.
