Hello everyone I just finished the ultimate beginners guide and thought my business plan would be next step to pave the way to my investment goals, but have a question in the criteria portion Criteria - asked to define Ltv.

I also found a lot of really good info and a lot of really great community members on BP that can help you in any stage in your investing career whether you're a beginner or expert.

It was on about the third or fourth time I found Bigger Pockets.I found jumping into the blogs to be a little overwhelming considering I knew absolute zero about real estate, however the easy and organized layout of the beginner’s guide was exactly what I needed.

One best place to start is to read the book Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REI that you can see under Learn.
