Just say something like your looking at properties and share with others how your trying to find something Value-add and are looking for partners who want to join you on this growing legacy wealth journey.Some people are just flat out scared to even go look at a property even when they have money.

We will likely have to initiate the eviction process in April so I am seeking an attorney (ideally flat rate for eviction) to process our open-and-shut case.

@David Summering my lender is offering LMPI (lender paid mortgage insurance) which essentially is baked into the higher interest rate

Are you taking a flat rate then paying for the maintenance and the like?
