Which livestock species are best suited for ranches engaged in direct participation programs?

It took us four months (or so) to complete the strategy planning.

The $10k wasn't the issue (though it's a lot of money), it was the now-or-never nature of how I was required to decide, sign their contract, and pay--no trial run, no sample materials of the course--not to mention they have zero mentors physically here in Michigan and don't plan to.I, too, live in the Detroit Metro area so it would be great if you could connect me with your RE agent friend.- Joe   

Next I would look at water backup coverage, especially if there is a basement.

We don't think it'd be nearly as successful today if we / someone else wasn't onsite as often. 2.Cleaning/Laundry - we knew this would pose a hurdle, but not one as big as we planned.

You will need a stable w-2 job for 3 years if you plan to use a bank.

So I guess the most important questions would be, are you planning on renting it out to an RV owner short or long term?

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish... if you're not planning on investing in properties here, or even using the license part/full time to broker transactions - then I think you answered your own question. 

Talk with your accountant to get a more specific plan together!
