Safeco then said they are not writing any new business in my area and declined the umbrella, auto, and primary. 

Also, you need to make sure the umbrella will cover personal (Homeowners, 1-4 family, personal auto) and Commercial (5+ units, merchantile, etc.) on the same policy.
