A person can literally own a million dollar home free and clear and you cannot touch it-Texas does not allow garnishment of wages for a judgement so that avenue of collection is out-You can get a judgement and hope or even use a collection agency who will take 50% or so if they are successfulOR you can take the money now and move on and get a new tenant. 

That being said, millions of people around the US are doing what you want to do and having success, even people in this Utah market and you can too!

It’s like when people complain about the builder building a new $2 million house.

I've got an opportunity to partner with private money lenders and I want to structure the profit split, in my plan, so that it is attractive to the lender.I'm having brain lock and can't come up with a scenario that will work.
