So I make the decision to give up on this guy and found another lender this is extension number three, while all of this is taking place the asset manager has been completely against me, it takes days to get any sort of response from them, they originally wanted to close in one week from contract, anytime I asked for an extension it would be for one week only, le me mind you by the time I get the extension a few days have already passed and the last extension I had to agree to $100 per day penalty, BTW I received signed contract from seller feb 22.

Say I'm able to complete the refinance, I would then like to immediately apply for a pre-approval with the intention of buying another property as an owner occupant via FHA financing as my family size will be increasing in 6 weeks and I will need more square footage in my living space.Is this something I could do?

And you watch how that person, who you tried to help, turns into a completely different person and tries to do you wrong.This is why you want to only rent to good credit renters as you have recourse thru Small Claims Court and depending how much they tear up and past due rent they rack up, step it up into the higher courts and go after them for what they owe!

I guess ill have a note on each building but when all construction is complete, can i refinance and put all four buildings under one note and take out the equity to fund another development?
