People amaze me!

Sure, there will be some amazing investments where you can earn more than that without doing much work, but those deals are few and far between.

I bought the place back in the good-old-days for $11,500 and learned very early on if you raise rents to "new-condition pricing", residents commonly respond with a host of repair requests seeking like-new condition for their rental.Real estate is an amazing vehicle to create wealth, I just try to build it slow and steady and not sweat making it aggressively by over-taxing the poor of the community.

It amazes me that people didn't see this sort of thing coming 5 years ago when the government legally started wiretapping its own citizens (among the many first and fourth amendment infringements)...this is just a short leap from there and the slope is very very slippery...Glad to see all those people who ignored our government stealing our liberties in the name of 9/11 finally starting to take notice.

I am new to real estate and saw some amazing deals and thought if it would be a good idea to go in that direction.

You have to see developments like Villa de Mercedes, Mountain Haven and Las Terrazas which have gulf-city-and-mountain views and the upcoming Kembali Coast and be, well, amazed.

We are using obviously using the person with the best credit in our group to make the purchases and our newly formed LLC will be what carries our $$$ (we don't really need to take any profits out and we intend to make cash purchases when the time is right) In the meantime, and as we should do anyway, it's OPM all the way (Other People's Money of course)So, we spoke to a few Broker's and so called Direct Lenders (it's amazing how many of these guys flat out told me "It's MY money, you are dealing directly with the source") And of course I come to find out that they too were Broker's so I simply cut them loose (telling me lies up front isn't a good start is it)Another thing these guys kept saying is "You will ALWAYS need to bring 15 grand to the table on any deal" Which at first I accepted as normal but now I don't!
