If I wanted, I could outsouce that out by providing someone a limited power of attorney to sign on my behalf saving me the 15 minutes of time.All in all, I spent under 1 hour of time wholesaling the deal and I keep 100% of the profits.Your version saves you perghaps 1 hour, but you make 1/2 the amount I did.
