I wanted know from those actively rehabbing in the market if your are seeing it become more difficult to find rehab/renovation deals with the market so hot or are you finding higher profits from bigger ad-on rehabs or pop top type deals vs new builds in the closer in areas of town?

Also, I wanted to become more capable of understanding different RE terminology and concepts so that I know how to ask the right questions and truly understand how a lot of it works, as before I was just reading most of the posts I would get alerted from my keywords alert setting on BP and was not comfortable becoming actively involved in the conversations because I just did not know enough. 

There is a TON of activity in Pierce County (Tacoma area) and lots of deals to be had.  

I am also active duty and enjoy investing everywhere I go. 

I have a buyer in mind that is actively rehabbing homes and recently told me he has 50k in cash and can get loans for the rest on a great deal.

Wow...really wish I could use the mobile app, but since you only have it for iOS, I guess I'm just up the creek.The number of ways my Samsung Note4 outperforms my previous iPhone and the number of ways it facilitates my REI activities that the iPhone couldn't are too numerous to list.  

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.
