Ultimately they will need some servicing but minimal as they are fixed systems built to be outdoors and degradation is less than 1% per year and guaranteed by manufacturers for 15-20 which is standard.You are able to give the tenants an electricity credit if the system produces 100% of the expected consumption.

Having said all that, is was closed Nov 4th for renovations scheduled to be re-dedicated sometime in 2022.There is a TON of outdoor activities there, 8 golf courses, hiking, waterpark, canyon rapelling etc.

Also, heading out toward Hood River would get them close to a lot of outdoor activities.Heading further north, being reasonably close to Seattle would give you lots of activities but it is hard to get close enough to Seattle and still be rural.

I’d always recommend a landlord policy, and a $1M umbrella policy over your home, auto and rental properties.

Need to look quality and good for marketing, but easy to maintain/clean (no stain, not look dirty, etc)And for outdoors, need to be easily move and resemble as well (like storm coming in FL)?
