It is a given that you've been online looking at homes but do get the financing lined up, FHA loan, before you get too invested in the home shopping. 

I can easily take phone calls or collect rent using a free online service or have a check mailed to me. 

I've looked around online for an RE investor or firm looking for something like this, but I haven't seen anything come up.

There are online platforms that will help keep your landlord duties organized, such as avail, buildium, appfolio, etc.

You can also check their reviews online at Google, Facebook, or Yelp.

A lot of this stuff you can figure out yourself online through legal sites but that's why I have my attorney so I don't have to spend the time figuring it out.

First would be to search the online listing, see what's available and practice analyzing/underwriting the deal to make sure it makes sense.
