Asking the bank to write a POF letter tailored to the offer I'm making is great advice.

I've done Subject To and Lease Options for twenty years and I have some techniques that work in WA AZ TX and CA and I'm sure will work in VA. 

I have started using this technique and it has helped my direct mail gain recognition and also i have found motivated sellers through my skip tracing and cold calling efforts.

I've brushed up on interviewing and screening techniques, and I found a solid business plan template to work on in the meantime.Again, thank you all for the responses!

Some of our tenants such as our students and commercial tenants may get a personal visit from time to time so we can check on the building.A byproduct of developing a tailored rent collection system is that you as the property manager have the opportunity to get to know each tenant, and developing relationships is one of the keys to long term tenancies.

Showing you that isn't going to help you because it's not tailored to your individual goals and plan.

But it's clunky because we're trying to make it do something it wasn't designed to do.Can you recommend a tailored software solution?
