Hello, So I have been driving around south Chicagoland and am in the process of building a list of homes that I think are distressed or vacant.

I am located south of Richmond near Ft Lee.

Just in what I pay annually in Oregon in state income tax and now that you cant write it off its a double whammy.. but granted not every one gets income in 14 states like I do LOL... also I am tired of NW winter  like the summer.. but winter Not so much.. even though its chilly in vegas in the winter the sun shines.. and there is a lot to do there.I tried one winter in La Quinta but was bored to death there you can only play so much golf. although I had my plane at Thermal and we had a lot of nice flying that winter all over the south land..

Even if it's legal, is it worth the risk of a friendship or personal liability if something goes south on the property?
