I still view them as no real difference than the little ones - takes the same skill set (for the most part) and time investment as a SFH or a Duplex... however there are a LOT of folks making noise in that market that haven't even done a single family house deal either.I get why a broker doesn't want to talk with people...

I used to know how to find this with the older profile and settings page, but with the new ones that have somewhat recently rolled out I don't know where to find this now.

I do have a high risk tolerance due in part to being relatively young (30), having stable income (military) and setting my personal finance/retirement on autopilot with a course set for a comfortable retirement at 65.

Zoning / set back / parking / building height / allowable use. 

You do not need to have your own LLC if the syndication is setting one up.

I just started to seek Private/hard money but want to make sure my refi is set in place.

I would like to know how others have set out about accomplishing this in my area and what tips they may have.
