I was doing some research on google and also asked the 1031 exchange company, they said the IRS generally wants you to hold the replacement property for at-least 2-years before conducting another 1031 exchange, however that it's not a set rule, it's just recommended.

The average stay would be over 7 days.My first piece of advice, not market specific since I know nothing about those markets listed, is that it will be harder and more expensive to set up than you expect but probably less time consuming to self manage than you think.

It is very important to maintain a consistent standard (e.g. set minimum credit score, positive prior landlord references, eviciton history if your state allows it -- my State of NY no longer allows landlords to deny based on prior evicitons, so we can't use that as a criteria any more).
