How are the schools?

My experience is that Garland is more of a LTR community than a STR.The main reason is people living within the Garland ISD boundaries can pick any school to attend.

@Jason Carrillodon't try to pick the "best" market in the US.pick a market you know or have a competitive advantage in - it's close by, you went to school there, you have family there, etc.

Can you afford a MFH outside of your market but close enough for you to be able to commute to work / school?

And I’m in NC , a high school graduate and my goal is to replace my job income. 

Reading the description reminded me a bit of writing an essay back in school where I was trying to pad the word count and put in a bunch of superfluous words and sentences. 

We've only been in it for 3 years and have developed new friends, my kids go to the school and it is in a great location. 

Sewer main, water main, electric, internet, telephone, roads, etc.3- All units are 3bed 2 bath, in a good school district.
