Here are some of the code rules I encountered: There was a common area between the two units (laundry and back door) - because of this both units had to have doors that were fire rated.

This could be interpreted as negligent, inconsiderate, incompetent, but nothing is going to change until somebody gets a bill, or the threat of a bill, or the landlord gets a code violation, or the landlord stops getting paid.

The form of the notice depends on the type of sale... if the property is listed with a broker, offered privately, or through the auction method, the notice would have different content.Pull the City Code... this is not one for the internet.
