If so, I am having trouble deciding on whether to create an LLC in Maryland (where the properties are) or Wyoming (cause of the know benefits).

Do you know of anyone who would be willing to partner with you on this deal to assist with the closing and holding costs?

LVP flooring is not waterproof or even very water resistant just so you know.
