I'm finding your post aa little confusing when you write that the title company "input' the address incorrectly. 

For Maryland and maybe more specifically Baltimore, search @Ned Carey posts. 

That is exactly why I said "Trust your gut feeling" on the original post.  

I don't know that your original post provides enough information.

I made another Facebook account and posted one room for rent and got banned again immediately. 

Hey @Joseph Smith, Ive replied to similar posts a few times int he past and am a current investor with two of your three mentioned (although I didnt invest with the third, I do have some experiences with them as well).A couple others have pointed out some differences, I appreciate those insights but would also look at the structure and reporting.

Not to sound condescending or ignorant, but are you interested in wholesaling because you saw an Instagram or ticktock of some guy waiving around a hefty assignment fee check?
