PS: How would you handle a real estate attorney that hasn't filed the deed for over a month after closing and doesn't provide any solid reason as to why?   

This isn't debate club where you get points for time spent at the podium, move on and find a new LO.That being said, I do not have the full file in front of me, if your day-job was less than 2 years old and not full time, my answer would be quite different.

An attorney looks to see where the money is before filing a lawsuit and will often include anybody and everybody remotely involved and a Partnership opens you up to this liability.
