If you have a group of five equally talented people, they will obviously be able to do more work than any individual so the benefit of having good wholesalers is that they can cover a LOT more ground than you can by yourself.

Say if I run an outside electrical, exposed pipes need to be rigid if above ground, and PVC for below, but it doesn't say I cant run them all above ground instead of embedding it on the ground, so I could.

, it doesn't seem that you have any GROUNDS to file for eviction until they dare past due on the September rent, unless you want to kick them out based on some other lease violation, such as "failure to keep the place in reasonable condition" or "too many occupants" or something which, it sounds )and looks) like you could probably do right away.
