I know a lot of my family/friends clearing multiple 6-figs enjoy RE investing.

Enjoying the cashflow now and letting it pay itself off over time.I was more or less just curious how many others were doing it either way.

That way I get to enjoy my renovations before moving out.

I'm in Michigan and I know from experience that radiant heat is very enjoyable in the winter but it gets very hot here in the summers and and I don't want to fill every window with a window ac unit.How much value do you think I loose by having radiant heat?
