The current rental property I have is in country club hills.

Millions on unemployment , and a no eviction order around the country .  

In April, I purchased and rehabbed a SFH in Country Club Hills (very light rehab).

Having driven across the country x3 in the midst of the move; needless to say, we have listened to several books.

There have always been an assortment of economic problems affecting our country--it's a cyclical occurrence, like the seasons. 

In addition, NJ we have one of the highest premiums in the country for home, car, business etc.

The organization has changed our lives.Lifestyles members have won the top National Apartment Association ownership award every year since 2007, competing against thousands of properties across the country. 

I would likely have to focus like most folks in the southeast and southwest portion of the country to execute on this project. 

The Florida panhandle as well as the Smoky Mountain market are 2 of the best vacation rental markets in the country.

I moved across the country.
