Good evening, My name is Barbara, I'm new to realistate wholesaling industry, in your opinion is it a good or bad ideal to provide the property address for a buyer to research to determine if he/she wants to accept the deal, prior to having them sign an document.

I'm sure you can see why it might be annoying to the listing agent to get a call from a buyer asking for a document that is already attached to the listing in the MLS, only to find out they already have an agent who could/should have provided them that information from the MLS.

Is their a legal document I could use, by me having an legal company name as an LLC if I use a proof of letter being that I am an LLC would this be sufficient, until I locate a cash buyer so I won't loose the contract.
