Most mailman carry on the same neighborhoods and streets every single day though so outside of their regular streets that they deliver on every day I don't think they would really notice.

I was in Portland as soon as it came on.. called my cousin/realtor and mom to go see it.... they gave it a thumbs off and confirmed 4 bedrooms-2 baths.... it was marketed as a 3 bed.. .but with pocket doors.. it makes a clean 4th....so I Still haven't even seen the place... hoping to tomorrow after delivering earnest money.

-Parking generally not included, so you'd have to park on the street in a non-residential neighborhoodSo - Medfield has probably lower appreciation but might deliver decent cash flow because the homes are fairly low priced, and you could do lower-cost upgrades, like opening up a kitchen wall, taking up old carpets, etc.

When all is done, it comes down to enforcement.Notice to vacate delivered on the first allowable day.Filing for eviction on the first allowable day.Paying for all charges other than rent, first, out of payments received.Lastly, let them know they need to pay on time to avoid this blistering response.

It can mean an offer to purchase a property that delivers cash to the seller at closing, i.e. no seller carry back, regardless of how that cash is obtained.
