HOWEVER, HOWEVER, HOWEVER.... first, it will be YOUR burden to prove too the SEC that all of the business owners are proportionately doing work in the new business venture you started and second, you can only do this with about 4 or 5 business partners because the SEC has said that anything above that, it is impossible for all 6 people to be doing all the work.
