I have used Chicago Title, Old Republic, and Fidelity they should all be able to help...In my opinion, it's way less about the title company and more about your attorney and how you communicate the process with the seller.

Theresa, Thank you for the quick reply.The management company didn't know about the issue with the gas company when we handed them the documents from the gas company.He has not called the gas company regarding this issue.

That is exactly the issue that I am considering.

Possibly selling a townhouse with HOA issues that will leave me with some profit.

Squatters, insurance hikes, zoning changes, supply chain issues .....

In regards to financing, there is no issue getting financing for a new construction modular project- These are my steps: buying cash, getting a hard money loan for construction, building the homes, getting an appraisal (should be the same valuation as any other property) and finally taking a proper 30 years finance.

The other option is just a traditional loan, but the issue we're having is the term lengths.

The units were then sold as condominiums (where separate tax ID's were issued for each unit) & the buyers had no issues financing the units.

Or is there a larger vacancy issue in East Humboldt park?
