I have $25000 sitting on a CD until 2016 I'm planning to buy a rental property with the money ($100,000) or less in the Miami area and fix it up to rent it out, I am planning to start real estate investing with a buy and hold property, I just wanted to know if $25000 is enough to put down on my investment property and my house (I am also planning to buy a house for me to live in) any advice would be greatly appreciated!
