I've been waiting on maintenance to address my concerns since I moved in.Of course its a well known fact that I am one of the biggest scammers on the internet.. you caught me :) just because one holds a check for 23 days does not give you an excuse to bounce it.. most folks balance their check books and don't write more checks than whats outstanding again this is your fault.. not theirs and your just not going to get the sympathy from the BP landlords they have all dealt with tenants and tenant complaints..

So our needs make it so our minimum is 2 bed/1 bath and relatively close to a commuter rail (which I prefer anyway for investing purposes) and I certainly don't want to be living in the biggest/nicest unit on the property and eating up rental revenue.
