I already have an attorney that I worked with on 3 other properties (2: 4plex, 1: duplex).

I'm in a bitter split with my ex and former business partner, so I may be starting almost from scratch when all is said and done with our attorneys.  

We oftentimes work with good CPAs to sort out complicated tax issues, good attorneys to do estate planning, mortgage brokers for mortgage issues, etc.

You can outperform your competition by using a competent, responsive attorney firm.

You're going to need a Landlord-Tenant experienced attorney to step in. 

I would find an attorney and explain what you're trying to do because this doesn't make sense.

I've found it's usually worth paying professionals (agent, inspector, attorney, CPA, etc.) to do their job.
