What you're talking about is what we all a consolidation exchange. 

It stands out as a small metropolis with an affordable housing market, good job opportunities, and easy access to nature.With a median home price of about $259,817, Huntsville ranked 26th lowest in our analysis.

I decided to invest in a GROUNDFLOOR property with funds I've allocated specifically for hard money investment.

With this being my first apartment deal I am more unsure about underwriting this type of deal and was hoping to get somebody who is more experience in multifamily to look at the proforma, T12 profit and loss, and rent roll to tell me if I'm missing something or to let me know of things that I should be looking out for.

I  am also looking and narrowed my search to Propstream,  Propelio  and BatchLeads thus far.
