I am NOT a fan of partnerships other than with my Wife (marital property state here in WI)  make sure you know who has what authority, and responsibilities, and who has to sign, and how that may affect a deal, and financing, there are times when "time is of the essence" and getting 3 "wet ink" signatures may not be realistic, and can cost you a deal, but having 1 signer may Bring a whole new set of problems.
