I'd contact the finance entity who holds the mortgage, and buy it from em! 

They know the HA won't hold them accountable and the landlord will have to fix everything and cover the cost:(2) While you can get top of the market rents, it's really up to where the tenants want to live.

Bring me short sales and owners trying to avoid foreclosures, owners needing post occupancy….additionally please reach out to me if you’re holding notes in default you need off the books!!!!

Hold long term assuming renting is consistent?

I found bigger pockets on You Tube about 9 months ago and finally made the move to make a profile here on the website.

He said he was holding on to the land until Ft Bragg expanded to his doorstep and he could sell for millions.

We received a letter from HACC within the past 2 months stating that there would be no new vouchers and no new properties - I checked the website and it says "open with exceptions."
