As has been discussed above these items will be considered contingent liabilities and will not be present on one's credit report.

Labor/Payroll is an item I don't see on there, that I would include.

Our house is not expensive enough to claim on our taxes because our standard deduction is hire than our itemized potential.

They have both been in these new jobs for one month.On their credit check both of them have just one item: they each have one credit card in their individual names and with different issuers.

Way too expensive and it's like a car in that you spend a ton for the new item and once it gets used the first time the value drops like a rock.

Make a spreadsheet of items required to remodel a POH inside and out (doors, windows, appliances, cabinets, flooring, roofing, siding etc) with the distributor’s name, their part number and item cost.

Heck yeah because it saves us a trip to the grocery store for one item.  

If it's an improper item in there, tenant pays.
