I dont know your price points but they are well over priced at this point I think.It would be very hard to even get to %1, but they will appreciate if market goes this way.I would also recommend Charles Village multi-units.Good Luck

When we returned home I took the pump and the receipt into the National Auto Parts store (unnamed because it doesn't really matter who it was) and asked for my $35 back or a replacement.

I also have $20k remaining in that company's 401k, along with 20k in my current employer's 401k.I'm 34 years old, I'm single, I have ~$40k in debt (auto loan).
