Maybe watching a few do it yourself videos on YouTube would be of some assistance for those like me starting fresh in this self management business.

I'm a college student and I just recently discovered the business potential of real estate and I've been so obsessed with learning about the industry I've been consuming video and audio content from youtube and podcasts NON-STOP for a 3 months.

I am wondering if someone is willing to send me a copy of what they are using these days so I can gain some clarity in differences between agreements.

Very true Tony.Although through video conferencing I can update my investors in China...I make it a point to fly out there and go there in person to regularly to talk to them and build on the relationship.
