Some advice and experiences from you would be appreciated.

I keep hearing about how much a VA can take off your plate (not just with RE) and was wondering if any of you'll have experience using one and how you went about it.

From my experience, I dealt with many contractors, and I am a part time contractor myself, you have to be very tough with them.

Trusting I will find someone who shares a similar experience.

You will (should) however experience appreciation that is better than most states, which is often overlooked by investors as bonus money.

Let me know your thoughts and ways I can take advantage of my real estate license in the state and my current experience and connections that I'm not thinking of.KS

Each platform offers unique features that I find intriguing and that align with my requirements, such as no monthly fees, interest-earning potential, and robust digital tools for financial management.Before I make a decision, I wanted to ask if any of you have experience with these banks or if you have other recommendations that fit the bill.

While I don't have the experience yet to directly answer your question, we chose to have ours between the airport and downtown.

Without experience and advanced planning it could be a net negative, PM nightmare, or combination of challenges. 

Has anyone had any experience using a turnkey investment service they would recommend?
