What happened to the BP app?

Any tips to make connections with other people at the event and walk away with numbers?

I know tools such as the BP calculators are available for use, but I want to learn what goes on behind the scenes to fully understand the numbers (math) and specifically what it means so i can better gain an understanding & make better investment decisions when the time comes.Any advice/ tips or tricks on analyzing deals & double checking the numbers (before proceeding with the deal? 

Does anyone have any app or web suggestions to follow real estate news?

Also, what are some tips and tricks to finding investors?

I am using Facebook and another roommate finder app to source for roommates.

I am looking for hard money lenders so if anyone has any tips, I'd appreciate it. 

It's from 1970 and has a tenant there for 3 years already that plans to stay.I appreciate any tip on that.

That is kind of a background my main question is, does anyone have any knowledgable tips for someone just starting out in the industry or is anyone willing to have a conversation to share knowledge/experience it would be hugely appreciated. 

It also avoids having to refund app fees for people that don't meet your criteria.
