I've gotten a few good deals by confirming the additional beds/baths are not permitted as I buy it at what's actually permitted and go through the hassle of getting the rest permitted myself.

It's good to build a reputation of reliable person who stands by what they say and does his best to deliver the best product for the buck.Never forget, this is a for profit business.

So, I would find a handyman or something who could do that or maybe first just have the cleaning person try a product by hand meant to remove scratches which I think does the same thing but with manual scrubbing.

It seems that whether it’s propstream, batchleads, dealmachine, etc the majority of these are used by investors looking for off-market deals.

My plan is to house hack a duplex by using the equity in my current single family house to fund the down payment.

Once I did this to each of my accounts I rarely ever let it drop below the minimum balance, keeping more of my money in my account by avoiding fees.
