Do you have an in-house construction crew for your projects or you have a team of several independent contractors?

I personally think it is a worthless statistic that is not applicable to my market.

If a tenant brings me their credit report and tells me that I don't need to run one since they have it, I tell them I have to get it run independently. 

I should also mention I don’t necessarily plan on becoming financially independent anytime soon, I just want to live a life where I do not feel completely trapped in terms of finance.
