DSCR option may be a good option.

There are cash-out DSCR options that allow you to tap into the equity.

That hasn't been my experience and I believe the desire for furnished long-term rents (6 mos, 1 year, etc.) will grow a lot more in the future now that people see it as an option.

I also thought I was smarter than everyone else and was going to make a lot of money by buying lower cost housing and making huge rental profits.
