I was wondering how does it work if I wanted to sell a house without me paying for build ? 

You either say you both have the right to say it’s time to sell or I prefer one partner who wants out give a “buy or sell price”.

“So I'm gonna get your property under contract for $2,000 but sell it for $5,000.

Hey  @Theo SengI would just make sure you guys have things clearly mapped out before getting going for real. for example, who gets to call the shots when one person wants to sell and the other doesn't?

Is is stuck with the properties that created it and I only get to use it against those properties when they have income or I sell them?

Its the regular consumer that buys/sells a handful, at most, homes in their lifetime.
