Your financing strategy is a Reverse Mortgage for Purchase -- so u might get a PRO Lender to answer your specific need / questions if you use those keywords in a new post on the "marketplace" section...like "Vancouver Reverse Mortgage" ...just a thought if you still have questions unanswered. 

For speakers, we've so far had a broker, lender, property manager, and will next have someone from the local housing authority talk about Section 8. 

You can also scavenge on craigslist for leads in the real estate for sale section.

I begin to fill it out and in the process there is a section where it state Earnest Money Deposit!
